MOER Reroute MX-5 (NA-NB)

DESCRIPTION

The reroute kit for Mazda MX-5 by MOER is machined 100% from solid aluminium, 100% made in Modena (Italy).

The reroute offers a solution to improve the efficiency of the engine cooling system and ensure optimal operating temperature.

The factory design of the MX-5's cooling system can cause some overheating problems in the fourth cylinder area (hottest area) if there is inefficient coolant flow or high engine operating temperature.

The reroute kit intervenes by modifying the path of the coolant flow in such a way as to have the hot exit from the engine precisely in correspondence with the 4th cylinder, thus stagnation is avoided and the coolant flows through a more efficient path. This brings several advantages, including:

- better temperature control
- reduction of the risk of overheating
- greater performance stability
- less stress on engine components



The design developed by MOER stands out for the following characteristics:

-One-piece reroute block, without adapters or spacer stacks, to avoid having hidden leaks behind the engine head.
-5° inclined outlet for easy and worry-free air bleeding.
-Equipped with a deleting plate of your choice whether on the neck or directly on the head to have a clean and tidy engine compartment.

The kit includes the reroute block, a deleting plate, gaskets and retaining ring, the necessary caps and fittings. It does not include hoses or clamps.

Blue anodized finish, different colors on request, indicate it in the order notes.
